When a baby dies
One of the most tragic events in anyone’s life is the death of a baby or very young child. This unique heartbreak affects not just parents and immediate family, but a wide circle of relatives including grandparents and friends.
We take care of you
At Woronora Memorial Park, we are here for you at this most difficult time, with compassionate support and experienced care. Because you have had so little time to create memories with your little angel, one of the most valuable things we do is help you to remember them here at Woronora. Having their memorial here means that you have a place to mourn and visit whenever you or your extended family likes.
Very special Memorials
Our Karinya and Garden of Angels are especially created for children and babies lost, gardens full of fragrant blooms. They are special places for siblings, families and friends to come and grieve, remember and celebrate a special life.
Angel Gabriel Letterbox
Woronora Memorial Park welcomes family and friends to post a message with Angel Gabriel, all year round, to those loved ones now passed. Angel Gabriel Letterboxes are located in the following Children’s areas – Karinya, Garden of Angels and Grevillia. These messages are personal, and, at regular intervals will be cremated and any ashes scattered within the cemetery grounds.
For thousands of years, the Angel Gabriel has been in Bible stories as the Angel having a special privilege, given by God, of carrying heaven’s messages. Please post messages in Angel Gabriel’s letterbox, with a postage stamp of prayer. Prayers inspired from the heart, offered with Love and Hope. May the messages we post be carried on the wings of Gabriel to those we love and now reside in Spirit.
